Delivery Process

-Shipping is free for domestic orders. For international orders, the shipping fee will be calculated and added. 

-TAll products will be shipped within 1-5 business days.

-After your product is shipped, the order tracking number will be sent to you via e-mail. If you have any questionsinfo@lot34istanbul.com You can reach us at.

-The products you have purchased can be returned within 14 days, provided that they are unused and undamaged. For your return or exchange requestsinfo@lot34istanbul.com You can contact us via the address. 

 

Return Process

-For the product you want to returninfo@lot34istanbul.com You can contact us via the address and ship the product to the address we will send you after receiving the return approval.

-The product must be returned as it was sent to you, with the dust bag.

-If it is determined that the product has been damaged by the customer or has been used, the return of the product will not be accepted.

-The shipping fee for returns belongs to the customer.

 

Change Process

-For the product you want to changeinfo@lot34istanbul.com You can contact us via the address and ship the product to the address we will send you after receiving the change approval.

-The product you want to replace must be returned to you in the same condition as it was sent, together with the dust bag.

-If it is determined that the product has been damaged by the customer or has been used, the exchange of the product will not be accepted.

-During the product replacement process, shipping costs belong to the customer.
